Bella Lu: Bella (09/16/10) is a Yorkiepoo, which is a Yorkshire terrier/poodle mix. She is very spoiled, and is the diva of the house. Bella is even a “star” who appeared as “Toto” in The Wizard of Oz in 2011, again in 2013, and again in 2021, and as “Willoughby” in Mary Poppins in 2015. In December 2023, at age 13, Bella made her first trip to the beach, which she loved – as long as the ocean water didn’t touch her. Bella hates all water, including baths!
Gracie Pooh: Gracie (09/14/16) is a Goberian, which is a Golden Retriever/Siberian Husky mix. We saw her profile at the animal shelter when she was less than 8 weeks old and immediately fell in love. She was wild and crazy and used to chew everything, but we love her anyway. The fact that she’s totally cute really helped her cause! She’s mellowed out a lot as she’s gotten older, but still has an ornery streak in her, which includes crawling under the fence to escape the backyard!
Zoey B: Zoey (08/12/19) is a Labradoodle, which is a Labrador Retriever/Poodle mix. She was given to us by one of my co-worker friends. She was originally going to be J’s dog, but is now Z’s dog – though she really loves everyone. She’s well-behaved, for the most part (except for the chewing!) and knows how to sit and shake. John thinks Zoey looks like Disney’s Bear in the Big Blue House, hence the “B” in Zoey’s name. Yes, she’s our Zoey-Bear!
Freya Grey: Freya (05/07/23) is a Pomsky, which is a Pomeranian/Husky mix. She is J’s dog. She’s the resident wild child, full of zoomies and loves to chew on nearly everything, but is so sweet and cuddly too. Her little howl is adorable!
